These crispy, flavorful air fryer salmon bites are quick to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or party appetizers. Tender on the inside and golden on the outside, they deliver bold flavor in every bite.
1 ½ pounds fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, parsley, and lemon juice.
Add the salmon cubes and gently toss until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Check at 7 minutes to prevent overcooking.
