·         Garlic, minced – 4 cloves (about 1½ tablespoons)

·         Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons (45 ml)

·         Fresh lemon juice – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

·         Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

·         Unsalted butter – 2 tablespoons (28 g)

·         Salt – ½ teaspoon

·         Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

·         Red pepper flakes – ¼ teaspoon (optional)

·         Fresh parsley, chopped – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

1.      Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2.      In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

4.      Add salmon skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.

5.      Flip the salmon and cook for 2 minutes.

7.      Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and the salmon is cooked through.
