Ingredients

·         4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

·         1 teaspoon salt

·         1/2 teaspoon black pepper

·         1 teaspoon paprika

·         2 tablespoons olive oil

·         1 tablespoon unsalted butter

·         4 cloves garlic, minced

·         1 cup heavy cream

·         1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

·         1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

·         1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

·         1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

·         1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

·         2 cups fresh spinach

·         1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

·         2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

1.      Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2.      Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3.      Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.

4.      Add chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and seasonings.

5.      Simmer gently until slightly thickened.

6.      Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, stirring until wilted.

7.      Stir in lemon juice.

8.      Return salmon to the skillet and simmer briefly.

9.      Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
