2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Grill the chicken breasts over medium high heat until fully cooked and lightly charred.

  • Allow the chicken to rest, then slice into thin strips.

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and cool completely.

  • Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite sized pieces.

  • Place Caesar dressing at the bottom of each jar.

  • Add cooled pasta on top of the dressing layer.

  • Add sliced grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes.

  • Fill the jar with chopped romaine lettuce.

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the lettuce.

  • Top with croutons as the final layer.
