2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (42 g)
1/4 cup honey (85 g)
3 cloves garlic, minced (9 g)
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (9 g)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (4 g)
Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
