Quick & Delicious Sausage Egg Breakfast Rolls feature fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese wrapped in golden baked dough.

1 pound breakfast sausage
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough or 1 pound pizza dough
2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set.

  • Combine sausage, eggs, cheese, and green onions in a bowl.

  • Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.

  • Spoon filling onto each piece and roll tightly.

  • Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
